• Third-Party Sharing: Face and video data is NEVER sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. The only exception is secure transmission to our AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI) for processing. These providers maintain strict privacy policies and do not use your personal data for training their models.

• User Control: You maintain complete control over your face data. You can delete any uploaded face images, videos, and generated reports at any time through the App. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

• Stripe: Handles payment processing securely for the website. Payments on mobile are processed via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

• Cloudflare & Render: Provides secure and reliable hosting services for the website.

• Firebase: Used for analytics and crash reporting to improve app performance and user experience.

• AppsFlyer: Used for mobile attribution and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand how users discover our App.

Advertising and Analytics

• Report Deletion: You have full control to delete any of the 24 beauty reports (makeup analysis, generation results, lipstick shades, cosmetic analysis, skincare routines, etc.) whenever you wish through the App.

• Chat History: Your AI Beauty Chat conversations are stored to provide continuity but can be deleted at any time through the app settings.

• Analytics Data: Beauty journey analytics are aggregated from your reports and activities. This data is deleted when you delete your account.

• Account Deletion: You have the ability to delete your account along with all associated data, including all beauty reports, chat history, analytics data, images, videos, and personal information. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
