The mobile app and website Makeup Check AI is designed as your complete beauty companion with a comprehensive suite of 24 AI-powered reports and tools, including: makeup generation, hairstyle integration, video-based makeup analysis, technique assessment, skincare routines, color season analysis, face mapping, and wardrobe styling. Additionally, the app features an AI beauty chat assistant and analytics dashboard to track your beauty journey. The app provides insights and recommendations about your makeup application, skincare routines, product safety, and overall beauty enhancement. However, it is important to note that Makeup Check AI is NOT a diagnostic tool and should NOT be considered a substitute for professional makeup artist consultation, dermatological advice, or medical guidance.

While the app can provide general observations, recommendations, ingredient analysis, and personalized routines based on the information, photos, and videos you provide, it is designed for cosmetic enhancement and educational purposes only. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your actions while using the App on mobile or website. You agree not to:

• Upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or services.

• Refunds: You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

5. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with third-party services to enhance functionality:

• Supabase: Used for authentication and secure data storage.

• AI Models (Google Gemini, OpenAI, xAI): Utilized for powering our 24 beauty reports and tools - analyzing makeup looks (image and video), generating makeup references, assessing techniques, scanning cosmetic ingredients, building skincare routines, matching makeup products, and powering the AI beauty chat assistant.

• Stripe: Handles payment processing securely for the website. Payments on mobile are processed via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

• Cloudflare & Render: Provides secure and reliable hosting services for the website.

• AppsFlyer: Used for mobile attribution and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand how users discover our App.

• Firebase: Used for analytics and crash reporting to improve app performance and user experience.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Image/Video Deletion: All uploaded data (bare-face selfies, makeup selfies, technique videos, cosmetic product photos) is automatically deleted from our servers immediately after processing through any of our beauty analysis tools, unless specifically saved to your private gallery for tracking progress.

• Report Deletion: You have full control to delete any beauty reports (makeup analysis, generation results, lipstick shades, cosmetic analysis, skincare routines, or product matches) within the App at any time.

• Chat History: Your AI Beauty Chat conversations are stored to provide continuity but can be deleted at any time through the app settings.

• Analytics Data: Beauty journey analytics are aggregated from your reports and activities. This data is deleted when you delete your account.

• Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data, including all beauty reports, chat history, analytics data, and personal information, through the App. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of I Lov Guitars Inc. or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Lov Guitars Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content provided in the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that we deem harmful to our services or users.
